In this course the delegates will learn about the most update important legislation relating to equalities and diversity at work. The course is a structured programme and begins by exploring some of the most significant legislations and it implication it has for participants and their team. Delegates will build on their knowledge and become aware of and equality and diversity issues that may be present in the workplace.
